Since [my daughter] participated in Un/Do, we noticed a lot of changes in her. Olivia learned very important coping mechanisms which have made a difference in how she reacts to situations that may not be common for her. She is now much more focused on taking a minute or two to think before she reacts which is an absolute blessing for her and our family
What the Research Says
